Frequently Asked Questions

1. So how do I get 100 Free?

The MyQualz service sends emails to your customers to remind them to rebook training with you. We simply give you 100 free email reminders so you can try our service at no cost, no risk and no commitment. Then if you agree that MyQualz offers amazing value you can sign a monthly subscription to continue using our service. If you just want to freeload and take the 100 free then leave us... we will be sad and feel used, but hey that's on you, so feel free to do that.

2. How do I sign up?

Just click the link here. This will ask you to enter your name, company name and email address. That gives you access to the MyQualz dashboard where you can upload your data. The tutorial video will take you through everything.

3. How do I upload my Qualifications?

MyQualz features a bulk upload wizard which allows you to upload as many qualifications as you like at any time. You will need to create an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet with information such as customer name, email address, qualification and expiry date. The wizard walks you though everything with an easy to follow tutorial.

4. What if my data is wrong?

Don't worry, MyQualz will qualify your data before uploading it to the system and notify you of any errors. After you have uploaded your data you can always edit individual records using the MyQualz dashboard.

5. What happens to my data if I leave?

Don't worry, Your data is your data, so you can download it and take it with you. You can also delete it all from our GDPR data protection compliant system. In fact we delete all of your data within 7 days if you leave anyway.

6. How do I know how much it will cost?

Pricing is on our Pricing page. When you begin the data upload process (as above) MyQualz will read your data, calculate the price to send emails to all of the people in your data, then display it for you to agree. When you have agreed to the price and committed to pay your data is uploaded. If you want to abort after seeing the price you can.

7. How do I know you have sent reminder emails?

MyQualz emails you a report with exactly how many emails it has sent each time. You can also monitor this in the MyQualz dashboard. You can turn this service off if you prefer to just let MyQualz get on with it.

8.How do I pay MyQualz?

Payments are split into two, first the monthly subscription, which we take via credit or debit card each month as our service is completely automated. We than take the second part of the payment (the 'email sent' payment) once a month only when MyQualz has sent reminder emails to your contacts. We charge you for emails sent in that month to the same credit / debit card that you pay your monthly subscription with. This service is fully automated so you don't need to do anything. You can see your statement at anytime in the MyQualz dashboard.

9.Is MyQualz and the data that I upload secure and Data Protection compliant?

We have been developing data protection compliant software for decades so we are experts in the field. During the upload process your data is digitally encrypted before being uploaded to our secure servers. All of your uploaded data is stored on our own secure servers in our secure data centers which are located in Manchester, England for UK and European customers and in Southern California for the rest of the world and is all GDPR data protection compliant. We use SSL security in the MyQualz upload service and dashboard to ensure security.

10. Where is my Data stored?

We operate our own servers in our own data centre which is located in Manchester, England. All data is stored on those servers in the UK and is managed by us (our responsibility) and is of course secure, encrypted and GDPR data protection compliant.

11. Do you offer support?

Yes we offer support via email, so if you have any issues just email help@MyQualz.com. This email link is available in your dashboard when you sign up to MyQualz.

12. Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes you can cancel at anytime. When you cancel all of your data is wiped from our system ensuring the privacy of you and your customers. A final invoice will be charged to your card for services up to that date. We do not charge any penalty if you leave us.
